With his background of having worked in the care sector for over 25 years, Colin Lightfoot is very well versed in supporting people and families with incidents of soiling or other accidents.
This can be a very traumatic situation for the individual or their families/carers who are supporting them, however Colin approaches such matters with great empathy and is totally non-judgemental.
He will assess the situation, what has happened then make a plan to deal with the issue. Some of the situations we have faced have included, Blood spill, urine or feces accidents. In these situations we want to offer more than just a standard carpet clean.
We are infection control trained and will follow all health and safety requirements to offer the best and most hygienic clean. We use specialist methods and techniques to tackle the situation that include the use of specialist urine treatments, antimicrobial solutions to kill bacteria, water claws for sub carpet cleaning and other methods.
We are also DBS police checked and currently the only company in North Wales to be certified by Trading Standards.
